Description
St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church was designed by renowned Anaconda Architect W.W. Hyslop and is the most ornate building in the Historic District. St. Peter's was completed during the fall and winter of 1898.
The colonial revival-styled, brick-front convent.
The Rev. John B. Pirnat, Father Pirnat was credited with raising the funds to build St. Peter's church , the rectory, the school (1907), and the convent. He served as pastor for 50 years until his retirement in 1950.
